Duration: 12 months contract
Job Description:
· Project Coordination experience (in the med device field would be preferred but not required)
· Needs to be organized and have good attention to detail.
· Must be capable of handling many projects at the same time
Responsibilities:
· Coordination of user documentation which includes gathering inputs, redlining user documentation, working with design team to ensure user documentation updates are made, routing the user documentation through our PLM systems, and coordinating the upload to the eManuals platform.
· Tracking and managing projects deliverables across various projects at the same time.
Experience:
· Individual contributor who assists in the development and release of user documentation for various eIFU projects.
Skills:
· 3+ years of experience in customer service.
Education:
High school or BA Degree
